Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business or information technology systems. Advanced degree is preferred
* Minimum five (5) years business or systems analysis experience including test development or QA experience
* Minimum two (2) years Project Management experience
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficient in MS Office products, including Word and Excel
* Proficient in MS SQL or similar database/query language
* Familiarity with long-term care, retail, mail order, hospital, orrelated pharmacy industry preferred
* Experience with HL7, NCPDP, X12, or other healthcare technology interface standards preferred
* Experience with Visual Studio Test Professional, Team Foundation Server, and other MS-based test management and automation tools preferred
* Understanding of C/C++/C#, .Net programming languages preferred
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines under stressful conditions
* Excellent communication and analytic skills
* Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to quickly embrace and understand new technologies
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee and company proprietary information
* Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
Essential Job Functions
* Analyze product design requirements in order to design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
* Develop, execute and maintain automated test suites; document and analyze test results
* Develop and enhance test automation frameworks and tools
* Setup and maintain test environments
* Investigate and report software, hardware, and interface defects
* Maintain spreadsheets and other documents to record data
* Research possible system problems reported by users
* Provide consolidated status reports for defects and test case execution
* Identify areas of opportunity to build and enhance the Quality Management Program
