We are seeking a dynamic, hard working, individual to join our medical sales team in the Jonesboro, AR area. You must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.           Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

          * Calling on long term care facilities within assigned territory;
          * Selling clinical and operational solutions to decision makers including owners, head clinical officers and purchasing managers;
          * Developing a strong knowledge base about Medline’s products and numerous value added programs and services;
          * Developing deeper, more well entrenched relationships with existing customers;
          * Cold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities;
          * Maintaining existing business and presenting new products;
          * Preparing bids and price quotes;
          * Viewing your territory like your own business that includes finding ways to growth that business and share in its success;
          Required Skills

          Required Skills:

          * Bachelor’s degree required;
          * 2 - 3 years outside business-to-business sales experience;
          * Thrive on having a high level of autonomy and accountability and being able to reap the rewards from your success;
          * Excited by the opportunities and challenges of a full commissioned sales position;
          * Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization;
          * Proven ability to identify and close new business;
          * Background in commissioned, tangible product sales;
          * Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment;
          * Ability to present multiple product lines;
          * Excellent communication and organizational skills;
          * Stable work history;
          * Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
