          AT&T AT&T Retail Account Executive in Springdale Arkansas United States

          Working as a Retail Account Executive channel, you will partner with dealer store management and wireless sales personnel. You will conduct role-plays and mentor sales associates to ensure offers and/or promotions initiated by accounts/company are flawlessly executed.

          Additional Responsibilities:
          - Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts
          - Customize and deliver training to fit the needs of each retailer
          - Manage the roll-out of company programs, tools and training
          - Analyze business reports for trending and communicates findings to local retailers
          - Serve as a liaison between the retail store and company to identify and resolve issues
          - Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues requiring higher-level attention than Customer Service can provide
          - Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all customer issues
          - Participate in events to build and strengthen the relationship with Dealers
          - Schedule may require evening, weekends and holidays
          - Assists in special projects assigned by manager or other duties as assigned by managementRequired Qualifications:
          - Two years sales experience
          - Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
          - Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
          - Ability to clear a Driver's License Check
          - Excellent negotiating skills
          - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
          - Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
          - Ability to work at multiple locations within a district (territory may include several zip codes)
          Desired Qualifications:
          - Three or more years sales experience
          - Strong time management skills
          - Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
          - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
          - Training experience highly preferred
          - Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred
